This incredible event was made possible by the collaborative efforts of PCCP Iloilo, ARCPP Western Visayas, ICAST, and PDA Iloilo. Together, we were able to provide free medical and dental services and share the message of hope and faith to those in need.

ZUMBA for a Cause and Strike out Stroke

“Dubbed as the “Dancing Doctors”, Cosmo Iloilo’s topnotch medi couple Dr. Rollin Tabuena and Ma. Daisy Tabuena led Zumba Dance Enthusiasts all over the province of Iloilo in a fund raising drive for Rotary Club of Lapaz. Held at the sprawling Ateneo de Iloilo Gymnasium , the event aptly dubbed “Dance of Hope”Doctors of Iloilo,” joined forces to support the Zumba fitness community of Iloilo. Various Zumba groups from as far as Antique province, the towns of Miag-ao, Guimbal, Maasin, Banate, Igbaras, Cabatuan and Dumangas in Iloilo, Negros Occidental province, SPG, BJMP, flocked to the venue to jive with the international Zumba sensation, TML Crew, Kramer, Jay, Johnross, Charly and Paulo." IN TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY.

"He who plants a tree, plants a hope." ~ Lucy Larcom. The inclement weather conditions did not deter the two organizations from supporting the Iloilo City local government unit's ongoing tree-planting initiative. Share Love Charities, Inc. headed by its founder, Madame Arlene Martin and Asclepius Med. Laboratories and Allied Services Corporation and its directors, Dr. Rollin Tabuena and Dr. Ma. Daisy Tabuena, and their staff participated in a tree planting event on the morning of July 17, 2023. As they planted trees along the highway in Barangay Buhang in Jaro, they braved the rain to accomplish their mission of planting trees on the roadside. As part of her charity organization, Madame Arlene supports a wide range of activities in support of the community. Friends from the administration department at the University of San Agustin, her batchmates from the University of San Agustin Nurses Alumni Association (USANAA), and members of her family, the Masons of Logia Nilad Nu.4 under the Gran Logia Soberana del Archipielago Filipino, as well as the team of Urban Forest Office in Iloilo City, joined her to form this campaign. "We have plans that will allow us to do more rewarding activities in the future, such as this one," Ms. Martin disclosed.
